THE TRADE UNIONS LEADERS IN GUYANA ARE SLEEPING – THEY ARE STILL GROPING IN THE DARK and have not caught up with the conning that is going on !!

THE IMF AND WORLD BANK – BOTH – INSTITUTIONS OF SUPER EXPLOITATION OF POORER NATIONS – have set out a STRUCTURAL PROGRAMME that is managed by Winston Jordan – to the extreme detriment of the Guyanese working masses. We see it in AGRICULTURE – there is no movement to ACTIVELY help the rice farmers. The rice Millers – who have always EXPLOITED the rice farmers – continue to masses rob farmers – like the PPP regime did during their 23 years of misrule.

Winston Jordan opposition to the RE-ESTABLISHMENT of the GUYANA AGRICULTURAL AND INDUSTRIAL BANK (GAIBANK) – is a conspiracy among the local commercial Banks in Guyana, IPED – which was given millions of dollars from the EU – NOEL HOLDER and other BIG business interest.

Readers must note that the setting up of the GAIBANK is a APNU-AFC MANIFESTO commitment – which was proposed by the Rice Producers Association Action Committee ( the strongest voice in the rice industry). This FAILURE to IMPLEMENT this demand is a BIG slap in the face of the activist in the rice industry and will have DEVASTATING effect for the those who are preventing its implementation.
