My fellow blogger Wayne Campbell, who as an educator works with children every day, wrote a touching article looking back at Jamaica’s Child Month, which was in May. The hard-working agencies in Jamaica responsible for child welfare made huge efforts to get the word out on protecting and caring for our children. The issue of child abuse isn’t going away – and let’s not believe that, now that Child Month is over, we can put it on one side for one moment.
