Queen Patsy reigned supreme during the early rocksteady years then just threw in the towel and left Jamaica because she realised she was being robbed & short changed.
she became a secretary at a hospital and spent 30 years in new york before retiring to florida. she doesn’t seem to have any regrets 🙂 she did some recent singing but not for long and has been awarded in Jamaica
