Guyana govt has not submitted anything to anybody requesting the arrest of Aeshwar Deonarine and i shall explain
Deonarine failed to appear in court last Tuesday when his former colleague, Carvil Duncan, President of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Guyana (FITUG) was charged with stealing almost $1 million and conspiring to steal over $27 million from the GPL.

Blanhum can say anything he wants. if you’re wanted by the Guyana police force and step across the border the case goes dead

if Blanhum issued an arrest warrant for Deonarine to Interpol through the official channels. those wanted person would show up on interpols website ASAP
as it is right now, the Guyana Polcie only interested in these three criminal suspects from interpol. none name aeshwar deonarine
on jan 30, demerara waves published a story and quoted ramjattan saying the following:
The Minister said if the former number two at GPL refuses t come to Guyana, steps would be taken to extradite him from Canada. “If he doesn’t want to come, well then we are going to start thinking extradition,” he said.
if deonarine went through all that trouble getting out of Guyana
he is not coming back voluntarily
the coalition govt lapsed tremendously by not imposing bans of all these govt plunderers from day one
