The Commissioner of the Guyana Police force is a very shady character and a life-long creature of the PPP.
sure they had a recent dust up over crime. seelall now singing from the apnu-afc hymn book contradicted clement rohee. sure he must say crime is politically motivated if he is to win some support from the new govt. he knows that it is.
rohee flashing back to days when he was an actual ppp muscle man doing dutty wuk with some veiled threats..

As is the case with all these PPP banditos, seelall persaud is up to no good and it wont be long before we start smelling some more dead carcasses.

Seelall persaud has zero professional achievements to speak of in his three odd decades in the police force. As a senior cop he was totally a baby of the ppp, sticking fast to their policy of lawlessness and bedlam. Instead of curbing crime or working on meaningful programs seelall persaud facilitated crimes and is still a serial law breaker.

It’s a tall order requiring tremendous bouts of faith to expect or believe seelall persaud and the other senior members of the guyana police force to change their stripes. They are simply incapable of running an effective police force. Dont take my word for it, consult the evidence before you.

The commissioner of police drives a vehicle that does not have a license plates. Sure it has the police logo but that is in direct contravention of the law.

  
Now this NYPD officers funeral and the aftermath. 

The guyana police force official photo release is the one above of seelall and Guyanese officers. But other Guyanese officers came on that delegation. Here is one. As a matter of fact i personall know of three Guyanese officers who were in guyana on that 30 odd delegation. None of them are in this photo release. Why?

 

 
Following the funeral etc a light bulb went off in some one head and they decided to form Fallen Hero Foundation Inc. now this is a great initiative and will benefit many poor families suffer. My own mother had a brother in the Guyana Police force. When he was murdered am not sure wha his family received, but i can assure you it wasnt much.

On nov. 15, 2015 this organisation is holding a fundraising event in richmond hill, new york with keynote speaker bring seelall persaud. Questions worth pondering:

1. Who are Friends of the Guyana Police?
2. When was it firmed?
3. Who are the officers?
4. Where is it registered?
5. Does it file tax returns?
6. Where is the $25 per plate going?
7. Who verifies this?
8. If monies are being ported back to Guyana, are we sure it’s solely monies collected at this fundraiser that is being ported?
9. Who policing the police?

In closing, is it providence or mere coincidence seelall persaud is going to nareesa’s palace in richmond hill? On october 3, another notorious character & his confederates held court at nareesa’s palace. You may have heard his name, bharrat jagdeo.
