I called a branch of the ministry of agriculture requesting a number to a rural location
they put me on to the main office
after talking about three persons I learn the branch I am interested in does not have a telephone!

yea they don’t have a telephone. we only have personal cell numbers but I not sure I can give those out
these are only problems one encounter in countries ruined by negroes like jagdeo, ramotar, rohee, ramsammy and the like. agriculture is serious business. it is time we start treating it as such
