there are many rumours about vodou
i ignore all of them and move to the drum
there’s nothing authentically African/Black that am afraid of. i can enter any ceremony or spiritual ritual and be still
i’m at peace and my soul is at ease. nothing to fear from my own people/culture
or as we say in Guyana, not a rass
