free the land. free the people

an indigenous person cannot be expelled from his village! see amerindian act #guyana

the amerindian act supposedly regulates all affairs relating to amerindians in guyana. i have a copy which i’ve read a few times
all toshaos one would assume have a copy of this act, any for those who can read, one would imagine they’ve it or parts of it
one would imagine and assume
bernard conrad of aishalton is of the view that he can expel john adams from the village for bringing shame on their heads
what conrad doesn’t state is what section of the amerindian act empowers him or anyone else to expel an amerindian from a village?

a few quotes worthy of note from the amerindian act

Prosecutions in respect of offences under this Act shall be brought in a court of summary jurisdiction by a Toshao or by a Councillor or anyone authorised by the Village Council.

can bernard conrad and his confederates state what crime john adams committed?
if and when conrad finds such crime, i’d like to hear him state which section of the amerindian act deals with this offence?

in the copy of the amerindian act i have assented to by then president bharrat jagdeo there is only one area that deals with revoking the access of persons to an amerindian village.

PART II ENTRY AND ACCESS
7. (I) In granting pennission to enter Village lands, or to carry
out any research or study, a Village Council may attach reasonable conditions to its permission including restrictions on access to sacred sites, private homes and other areas of Village lands.
(2) lf person breaches any condition of permission granted
to him the Village Council may revoke his pennission after giving him a reasonable opportunity to be heard.

if conrad is making a new rule regarding conduct of aishaton residents, i’d adise him to consult his copy of the amerindian act which should have the following

15. A rule, and any amendment to a rule, made by a Village
Council comes into effect when-
(a) the Village Council has consulted the Village in general meeting and two-thirds of the members of the Village general meeting have given their approval; and
(b) the rule has been approved by the Minister and published in the Gazette.

i am not a lawyer but somebody correct me with the necessary law if am wrong, but am of the view that john adams cannot be legally removed from aishalton by anyone in Guyana for anything he has said.
they’re gona say that he is not originally from aishalton, but again i ask, under what law are you trying expel the maths teacher?
