    The schools should just get a big pot of paint and keep wiping out the graffiti. Won’t make the underlying problem go away, of course…

      they’ve been trying the repainting strategy but the kids are winning 🙂

      they try to remove them but the delinquents are busy 24/7

        How depressing. Perhaps when they have covered every inch of the walls they will stop. Then the school can paint it with some material that cannot be painted on. Not sure what though!!
