i’ve always been suspicious of barack obama. i never trusted him. frankly i saw this madison avenue messiah as the most dangerous thing that could happen to Black people in my lifetime. but to say such things in front of so.called liberals and Africans [especially some African americans] was more lethal than touching the MTA third rail.
barack obama represents many things to many Africans depending on where they reside/came from. what he represents to Afro brazillians differs from what he represents to African americans [i’ll deal with that in more detail another time] he causes mental confusion in most people, but especially people with that darker hue of melanin. beyond that he creates within them a yet to be named form of psychological imbalance and a fatal form of delusion.
some people instinctively realise it’s all a dream and they’re being taken for a ride, but so desperate to believe, they enter into the realm of cognitive dissonance [adaptive preference formation?]. they surrender to created urges and desires.
today i read that mr yes we can called the south african president jacob zuma asking him to stop jean betrand aristide from returning to haiti. he has deep concerns about a twice democratically elected president returning not to usa but to his own country.
flash back a few years ago and you’ll find two negroes were integral in overthrowing aristide were condi rice and colin powell. so it should come as no surprise to anyone that this new age negro messiah would train his guns at south africa and haiti. that’s what he’s been put there to do. that’s his job.
obama nor americans in general are good students of their own history. so they have no idea that haitians came to the defence of george washington with men and guns when napoleans army were good and ready to put them back under the sword of europe.
if obama wasn’t gunning for haiti and aristide that would be the surprise. like america, there’s obama and there’s illusion of obama. freedom, justice and democracy is a rallying cry, a battle hymn, a fight song with a hypnotic ring. used properly millions will scream yes we can and run down to the nearest slaughter house or voting booth and offer themselves in service and their bodies in sacrifice to the old cowboy or the new messiah.
welcome home jean betrand-arisitde.
