in 2009 2012 president donald ramotar and minister of amerindian affairs presided over a ceremony. they claimed to have given out land titles to the following amerindian villages Kato, Kariabo, Batavia, Kambaru, Tasarene, Kangaruma, Rupunau and River’s View.
the leaders were given blank pieces of paper which were taken back after the photo op. can anyone in the Guayna govt provide a copy of any of these land titles for public viewing?
